Are you aware of the fact that 80% of the startups got closed within the first five years and most of those were the one with young CEO’s?

The youth today is considered as the most precious asset of the nation because the country’s economy, its future depends on the youth. It’s great and really a matter of pride that our young generation is doing wonders. India is a place where we can find the youngest CEO, with age just 17 years.

But on the other side, it is the same country where startups go bankrupt and it is not the loss of just the people involved in that. This loss has a wider angle which impacts a lot of lives connected to the one working in those startups.

Since we are Indians, we know Mahabharata very well. How do you think Pandava won the Mahabharata in comparison to the Kauravas. The Kauravas army was hell bigger than the Pandavas. It was only because of the intelligence and vision of Sri Krishna that Pandavas could defeat Kauravas.

Are you thinking CEO will be your Krishna? Well actually no. CEO is definitely a vital role but he is also human and can’t be a magician. With human comes human error but that only comes a solution. If I ask you does a smart startup needs a CEO? What would be your answer?

Let me tell you, most of the people will say NO. To them CEO is nothing but somebody sitting a comfortable chair, attending a long meeting and just signing papers. The world considers only the people whole maybe work like 10-12hrs a day as the reason for success. But the coin always has two sides, CEO’s decisions, investments, and policies are one that either makes a success story or a sinking ship.

CEO is not just a role, it is a responsibility. With the authority comes a lot of responsibility. The CEO- as a title seems very lucrative and advantageous.

But this leadership role is one of the most important pillars that is responsible for the success and failure of its team.

CEO play the role behind the success story of any organization. But in India we will see all sort of things happening, young CEO doing great rather old CEO’s becoming the sole reason for a company’s downfall. Sometimes far-sighted vision overpasses experience and capability overpass intelligence. At the same time, it is very easy to blame one person for the downfall of the organization. But it takes a lot of efforts, strategies, and intelligence behind the success of any organisation.

Let us take you on a journey and we leave up to you to decide whether this solution can take your organisation to a new height or not.
