Bhartiya Janata Party President, Amit Shah has filed a nomination in Gujarat’s Gandhinagar after a four-kilometer-long road show. Many top NDA leaders were also present at that moment.

During the rally, Amit shah’s presence was accompanied by Union ministers Rajnath Singh and Nitin Gadkari.

Surprisingly, Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackrey was also present on the stage with Shah.

Amit Shah has replaced BJP veteran Lal Krishna Advani, who had been winning uninterrupted from Gandhinagar since 1998. Maybe because of this LK Advani was not there at the road show.

The road show started from DRH Regency hotel to Patidar Chowk in Ghatlodia area. The absence of Advani cannot be ignored. This could be marked as the end of Advani-era.

With the presence of all the big leaders, Amit Shah is turning out to be the Second most powerful leader after Modi.

Amit Shah started his career as an MLA in 1997, winning from Sarkhej seat. In 2012, Shah won from Naranpura and in 2017 he became a Rajya Sabha member and is now contesting Lok Sabha Elections for the first time.

The last date for filing nominations is April 4th.

Polls for 26 Lok Sabha seats in Gujrat will be held in a single phase on April 23.
