As you start the purification process, many times the pain may occur to you in a body part and that is completely fine. There is nothing wrong with it. This shows the accumulated toxins in that part. As you keep on working on yourself, you will find the toxins will release over time. Will this release in just a few hours. No, it will take some time. Everything great on this planet requires a certain time to grow.
The tree that you see today was once a seed and it required a certain time to grow. It was continuously nourished with life- force energy. Same way, nourishing your body is the very fundamental key.
